Bureau of National Affairs BNA

These articles appeared in the Bureau of National affairs, Daily Labor Reports and are available to subscribers of their service either via email or normal mail. I am negotiating with BNA on providing these articles and similar articles on a reduced cost basis to union locals and/or union reformers. In order to prove there is a market for this product which would not normally be brought by laborers and others in the building trades, I have to demonstrate there is a demand by keeping track of downloads by unique subscribers. I can not allow the webmaster of laborers.org to copy the files and make them available free on his site . My statistics would not be valid and my efforts to raise money to finance LMRDA lawsuits would be sabotaged.

If other webmasters want to take the intellectual property of others that is provided on a fee basis and make that property freely available causing economic harm to the owner, they can do it without my assistance.
